Returns

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Shipping Times

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. Your products will be shipped by Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: For orders less than $150, standard shipping is charged at $10.00. Orders shipped to metropolitan areas are typically delivered within 2 - 4 working days on the east coast and 7 to 10 days to the west coast. Please note that all dates specified are estimates only.

Delivery Conditions

• Out of Stock Items: If a product is found to be out of stock at the time of your order, we may choose to drop ship the items directly from our supplier's warehouse. This could result in two shipments.

• Delayed Orders: If products are delayed due to stock outages, we will contact you and advise you of the estimated time of product arrival. Tracking details will be provided so that you can track the progress of your order.

Responsibility and Liability

• Delivery Address: It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

• Lost or Damaged Items: It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Dive Newcastle if an order does not arrive. Once we learn that an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the carrier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

• Lost in Transit: Please note that if an item is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

• Late Delivery: Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
